Customer Service Administrator

ESS Employment are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator. This will be a varied role and will include data input and working with warehouse software.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced environment and will be confident when dealing with all levels of people.

Duties
  • Working with warehouse based software
  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally to give the highest customer service.
  • Input of delivery and despatch notes
  • Liaise with delivery team with any queries or requirements
  • Input and data entry onto company systems including Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain filing and archiving.
