An excellent opportunity within an established business.My client, based in Coleshill are looking to appoint Customer Service person, working in a busy office environment.Job duties include:Chasing quotes, dealing with customer queries and problemsAnswering emails / telephone callsMaking out going call to customers updating the progress of orderManaging diaries to the fittersProcessing ordersThe successful applicant must have strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner in order to correspond with customers effectively. Fully computer literate as there is an extensive internal computer system in operation. Enthusiastic, willing to learn with the ability to pick things up quickly.Furthermore you will have:Previous experience working within a similar roleThe ability to work well in a teamExcellent communication skillsConfident interpersonal skillsStrong IT skillsA self starterHours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
