Based in Gloucester, a fantastic opportunity has come up for someone to join a brilliant team as a Customer Service Administrator.This full time, permenent position, working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00pm and fantastic company benefits. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage customer expectations in a timely manner. Invoicing customers. Ensure customer queries regarding deliveries are dealt with in a timely manner Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system. Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email. Highly organised daily. Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously. Skills and Attributes: Invoicing experience. Highly organised. Friendly personality. Good levels of comminication via phone and email.
