We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well established clients team on a permanent basis.Previous experience within a customer service/ account management/ sales administration role is essential.
The role will involve:
• Managing major customer accounts to include order processing, invoices, credits and general queries.
• Ensuring high customer service standards are met via phone & email.
• Maintain key performance indicators.
• Liaise with other departments and management as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Previous experience/skills required:
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Previous experience working with large customers by phone and email.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
Working hours:
• Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
Salary:
•£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
