Job content
The customer service element of the role will encompass activities such as answering telephone calls, responding to emails, live chat and voicemails. You will keep our internal CRM up to date in regards to all contacts with customers for which you will be given thorough training.
The administration part of the role will encompass processing of applications and contacting customers regarding missing / in correct information / documentation. The processing of applications will include services such as travel visas, travel testing and entry requirements
There will be opportunities to work from home / remotely once training has been completed and you are competent in your role.
