Internal Sales Account Manager

The Role Internal Sales Account Manager

Being an entrepreneurial organisation with a customer centric ethos at the heart of everything we do, as an Internal Account Manager you will support field based Regional Business Managers (ADMs), provide proactive customer service, and maintain high sales standards as part of a territory team.

Your Duties Will Include, Although Not Be Limited To
  • Managing existing accounts internally
  • Liaising with ADMs daily and arrange ADM appointments
  • Attending joint visits with your ADM once a quarter
  • Managing fluctuating customers and customer retention
  • Maintaining regular contact with an established customer base with an emphasis on developing long-term relationships
  • General account housekeeping, ensuring all customer information is up to date
  • Organising sample shipments
  • Qualifying incoming enquiries and offering the best price
  • Following up on offers and closing business
  • Handling reclamations
  • Managing customer orders, forecasts, contracts, and expedites
  • Participating in sales meetings
  • Dealing with process change notifications and process termination notifications

Working from our Head Office located in Salford Quays, you will benefit from:
  • Permanent contract working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 3pm
  • Salary in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 with level dependent on experience
