Full time, permanent

£21,000 + Bonus

Are you passionate about customer service? Are you a confident call handler who is target driven and works well under pressure? If so, we want to hear from you!

My client based in Moreton-in-Marsh are looking to expand their reservations team and are looking for great team players who will play a critical role in creating the best first impression for their customers and delivering an experience that keeps bringing them back.

The ideal candidate-
  • A confident communicator
  • Good PC Literacy
  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to maximise sales through excellent customer service
  • Customer focused
  • Previous contact centre experience desired
