BMS Cars and BMS Salvage are rapidly expanding and require an experienced Customer Relations Executive to join our busy team. Several years of experience demonstrating high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills is essential. Good vehicle knowledge and a keen interest in cars is helpful but not essential. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing damage vehicle buying networks in the UK. There will also be plenty of scope for growth within the business as we continue our phenomenal growth. Your duties will include:-Dealing with Customer enquiries both via email and telephone
  • Liaising with relevant third parties to ensure collections are organised and completed correctly
  • Managing the customers experience from start to finish ensuring our high standards are met
  • Completing all relevant administration to process bookings correctly
  • Overcoming customer issues or objections should they arise You will offer:
  • First class Customer Service and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively
  • Confident IT skills - MS Office and Bespoke packages
  • Team Player approach
