Job Description

Positions have arisen at our Call Centre in Brentwood for Customer Relations Consultants. There is also an option to work from home permanently.

You will need to be customer-focussed with attention to detail, possess an excellent telephone manner, be PC literate and proactive, and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will be required to maintain the high standards of customer service that are kept within the department and follow a set routine to ensure a good consistent quality with each customer interaction.

The role is mainly answering incoming service-related calls, make outbound calls and processing online booking enquiries. You must work efficiently and be able to work under pressure during busy periods.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm and Saturdays 8am – 2pm on a rota basis.
