We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Returns Team for a Returns Co-Ordinator. The Returns Team processes customer returned orders and any associated products, providing the outcome that the customer requires. The Returns Team also work closely with the Studio team to return items to stock once they have been photographed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving customer order returns and unpacking them, carrying out a reconcile on the returned goods and any enclosed return paperwork.
- To inspect all returned goods and ensure they have been returned correctly and in accordance to our terms and conditions.
- Taking returned goods and putting them back accurately into defined locations within our fulfilment centre.
- Exceptional housekeeping and preparation of work areas to ensure efficiencies and productivity throughout your working shift.
- Prioritizing workload to meet business requirement based on daily workflow priorities.
- Processing customer returned orders as efficiently as possible to meet individual and team targets, always ensuring accuracy.
- General housekeeping duties within the returns department and fulfilment centre in general to ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
- You are customer focused and will do what you can to ensure the best service is delivered to all customers.
- You demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and can work under pressure to challenging deadlines to achieve individual and team targets.
- You have exceptional attention to detail and are tidy, organized and efficient.
- You are a strong team member who works well with other people to achieve great outcomes.
- You are reliable and have an excellent track record for time keeping and attendance and can be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern.
- You are passionate about doing a great job and take personal ownership for achieving your targets.
- You can work in fast-paced environment which involves light physical work including lifting and stretching.
