About The Role -

This is a high-profile role within the Operational team and as a Customer Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to your customer.

You are responsible for your visitor’s health and safety and for the promotion of health and safety in line with ERIKS Health & Safety Policies and procedures.

You will be driving the coordination and collaboration with other ERIKS business functions (Sales, HSEQ, Pricing, Commercial) ensuring that the contractual commitment to

your customer is honoured with regard to savings and contract deliverables, change management and process compliance.

You will develop customer relationships with key stakeholders and hold regular KPI reviews and update meetings in support of the contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Operations Manager - Gaydon
• Complete ownership of the customer relationship
• Driving the highest standards of Health & Safety amongst the team and best practice across the ERIKS site.
• Responsibility for driving the success of the site, including P&L
• Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Require Stores Management / team leadership / financial + numeracy skills.
• CI experience would be advantage as site operations World Class Manufacturing program.
