The role

As a Provisioning Specialist you will play a critical part in ensuring that businesses who are setting up their services with XLN have a smooth and efficient journey. You will provide world class customer service over the phone and live chat. You will deal with multiple back-office systems and liaise with our suppliers. If you like solving problems then this could be the role for you.

• You will have experience of handling customer orders in a previous role, but the most important aspect is that you have a real passion and confidence to take control of customer situations.
• Enjoy working in a fun, social, vibrant team environment
• Are a logical problem solver that is flexible in their methods used to resolve customer problems?
• Have excellent people skills and have great empathy with customers.

Essential skills we are looking for:

• Exceptional customer service levels – someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers
• An in depth understanding of telephone and broadband (Copper/Fibre/All IP)
• Have 2 years’+ experience of placing and supporting customers with PSTN orders
• Have 1 years’+ experience of placing and supporting customers with IP orders (VoIP, FTTP, SoGEA)
• A champion of delivering sometimes complex information in a way everyone understands
• Ability to upsell products and services

• Basic salary £18,500 (rising to £19,000 after probation) per annum + uncapped commission (Earn £300 - £400 plus per month)
