TSR are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Manager for our Client, a 5-star Housebuilder on a 6-month fixed term contract for their North Eats region, office based just out side of Newcastle. You will come from a technical background, and have experience managing sub-contractors, working to tight deadlines and deliver 5-star customer service with ease. The project is to deal with customers towards the end of their warranty period who still have outstanding defects on their properties and ensure these defects are dealt with not only promptly but to the highest standard, whilst remaining cost effective. You must have previous experience of working in the Housebuilding industry and have a solid understand of the NHBC regulations. In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 and be working for a thriving developer who offer endless employee perks!
