Here at Just go Motorhomes we are all about delivering a personalised experience to all of our customers. Our valued Customer Experience Specialist work as one team to create memories for our customers and deliver exceptional customer service, whatever the situation.

The role:

· As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide expert guidance to find the perfect motorhome experience for our customers.

· You will anticipate any questions our customers might have about their requirements and act as a subject matter expert for our fleet, procedures and policies.

· Through contact by telephone, email and chat - Manage customer queries including initial quotes, reservations, amending bookings, updating changes, upselling products/services and processing payments prior to their experience starting.

· Guide our customers through providing on-site motorhome viewings when requested.

· Be knowledgeable and confident on our in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these systems is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.

· Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI’s (including adherence and quality standards).

About you:

You will have previous telephone-based customer service experience, ideally within the contact centre or travel industry. Previous Sales experience would also be desirable.

A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers is required, along with excellent communication skills, an aptitude for I T packages and inhouse systems. Attention to detail, resilient, flexible and a passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

This role is available on a full time (40 hours over 5 days per week) fixed term contract basis and your working pattern will include working on a flexible shift basis – all shifts involve our working hours between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days per week.

If you are successful, on joining us, we will provide a comprehensive training and induction programme in order to give you the tools to perform the role, and ongoing training and coaching is part of our commitment to you.
