We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as Customer Experience Manager and be part of the team delivering exceptional memories and customer service for our customers, whatever the situation.


The role:

  • Ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service at all times is key within this role and you will motivate your team to deliver performance targets across sales and service contacts.
  • With a focus on getting it right, you will ensure quality and performance monitoring is carried out regularly and customer feedback is collated and utilised effectively.
  • We are constantly seeking ways of improving our colleagues and customers experience - as a Customer Experience Manager you will always be looking for opportunities for us to be more efficient and productive, working innovatively to find solutions that will benefit the customer and our business.
  • There is a clear focus on working collaboratively across departments - you will build strong and effective working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.

About you:

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for going above and beyond for our customers. You will have demonstrable skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver great results.


Passionate about delivering a personalised experience to our customers, colleagues, and partners, it is essential that you have recent and relevant experience of leading and coaching teams in a fast paced, customer focused contact centre environment. You will be confident in using a range of management information tools and capable of drawing meaningful insights from these sources to drive performance improvement and determine coaching. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, along with excellent attention to detail.


This role is available on a full time (40 hours per week) permanent contract basis and your working pattern will include working on a flexible shift basis – all shifts involve our working hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm.


If you are successful, on joining us, we will provide a comprehensive training and induction programme in order to give you the tools to perform the role, and ongoing training and coaching is part of our commitment to you.
