What will you be doing?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an 8 month fixed term contract, however is likely to be extended or go permanent. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acting as a focal point for customers and providing a resolution to complaints. Responsibilities include:

· Answering incoming calls from customers

· Accurately investigating queries with relevant parties

· Responding to customers within agreed SLA

· Escalating complex queries when required

· Providing thorough support to internal departments in relation to complaint handling

· Completing daily reporting to identify customer status and support investigation

What are the hours?

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for?

· Complaints management and resolution experience

· Ability to develop rapport with customers and stakeholders

· Confidence using MS Office packages

· Strong attention to detail

· Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English
