I am currently recruiting a number of Customer Engagement Advisors to work at my client in Scunthorpe, due to business growth, this is an exciting time to be joining the business!

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a leading service to the customers while working with the internal sales team to maximise on sales opportunities.

Duties will include:

  • Provide excellent service to customers regarding stock availability, pricing and delivery timescales both via phone and email
  • Administration support to the sales team ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Be aware of opportunities to cross sell and upsell other products and services which would benefit the customer.
  • Liaising with couriers to gain up to date information to relay to the customers
  • Keeping in contact with historic customers to keep them infirmed of new projects or offers
  • Producing quotations on products


As the successful candidate you will:

  • Have a proven history of delivering excellent customer service
  • Be passionate about going the extra mile and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Be able to multi-task in a very busy environment and maintain accuracy and service levels
  • Have experience of telephone based customer service (office based or call centre is ideal)
  • Be experienced with using CRM systems
  • Be confident using MS Officer (Word, Excel and Outlook)

The starting salary is £18,500 ranging up to £20,000 depending on experience as well as a host of other attractive benefits such as Pension, life assurance, holiday entitlement and healthcare amongst others
