Description

As a Customer Coordinator you will be required but not limited to;

  • Handling and Managing any Customer or Client enquiries through a range of communication channels
  • Input Data onto Bespoke Internal Systems
  • Raise all quotations with 48 hour follow ups
  • Update and maintain the Bespoke Internal Systems
  • Send Brochure and Samples
  • Build Client Rapports
  • Provide excellent Customer Service

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience working within a Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional Telephone Manner
  • Drive to Succeed
