Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Toyota/Lexus division working at our Contact Centre based in our Audi Dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are on a rota basis Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

The successful person will be supported for the first 6 months of their career, receiving guaranteed monthly earnings equivalent to a minimum of £23,000 a year salary. The 6 month period will help towards supporting you while you are training and settling in to your new role.

Role and Responsibilities

Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs

Accurate data inputting of customer details

Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction

Improve and drive lead conversions

Contacting prospective customers and upselling products

Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner

Adhering to brand standards

About you

Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills

Self-motivated & target driven

Able to work on your own or as part of a team

Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service

Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner

Competent using Microsoft Office

Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
