Our customers’ needs are at the heart of all that we do.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in an exciting new role of Customer Complaints Assistant ,to help ensure complaints are investigated and resolved appropriately with high quality responses and any lessons learnt from them fed back to the relevant areas within the business.
You’ll be proactive and an excellent communicator who is used to engaging with a diverse range of customers across a variety of communication channels.
You will need to keep detailed and accurate records of investigations and take reasonable steps to ensure we meet our targets.
Working within the Business Improvement team, you’ll work closely with a range of colleagues across the organisation to turn customer insights into real actions, developing a rich understanding of our customers along the way.

About You
  • You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach when talking with a diverse range of both colleagues and customers
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role, with a particular focus on handling complaints
  • Strong organisational and digital skills
  • Flexibility to work both independently and integrated within teams around the business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • You’ll need to be able to occasionally complete visits to see customers, either by driving or via public transport.
