We are currently recruiting for a number of positions to grow the existing team. As an Inbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for helping customers with any enquiries, resolving issues, helping customers to track orders, setting up new accounts and generally ensuring our customers receive a positive experience, all done within a fun, lively and positive team environment.
  • Customer Service Representative
  • Full Time 37.5 hours
  • Shift patterns between 7.00am - 7.30pm with occasional weekends
  • £10.39 per hour (£20,100 plus bonus when permanent)
  • This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis after a 6-week period
Successful candidates will have experience of customer service, either face to face or over the phone and can demonstrate the following,
  • Confident, empathetic, and friendly
  • Have a positive attitude which is customer and team focused
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
