Customer Care and Order Processing Administrator Tredegar - Office Based Competitive Basic Salary DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 5% Pension + Company Funded Events 40 Hours per Week - Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (Open to reduced hours on a Friday) Customer Care and Order Processing Administrator required for a highly successful international medical device manufacturer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join an expanding business and play an integral role in supporting future growth. To apply for this role, candidates will need previous experience with order processing and working in an administrative / customer service focused role. Candidates from any industry background are encouraged to apply but will need to be confident communicating over the telephone. Reporting into the Customer Care Manager, the successful candidate will support the management of day-to-day customer care relationships with customer accounts which will include processing orders and providing support throughout. The Customer Care and Order Processing Administrator Role:-Day to day customer care relationships with both UK and Export customer accounts
  • Processing orders which will include liaising with customers, arranging transport, processing sample requests, providing technical support, updating customer portals, arranging returns, and dealing with any customer complaints
  • Processing orders generated via online/Amazon - including reviews and responding to issues
  • Work with other departments including sales, marketing, stores, etc. to maintain effective work practices The Customer Care and Order Processing Administrator Candidate:
  • Experience processing orders
  • From an administrative/customer service background
  • Any industry
  • Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures is desirable but not essential
