Customer Advisor - Starting salary £24,200
Location: this role is minimum 2-3 days per week in our Norwich office/Leatherhead Of
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO OUR NORWICH/LEATHERHEAD OFFICE ON A FULL TIME BASIS FOR 4-6 WEEKS DURING TRANINING AS WELL AS 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK AFTER THIS PERIOD.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our growing team in Norwich, delivering excellent service to our customers. You will add new value for our customers through;
  • Doing what is required to meet their needs, working towards expertise on high frequency demands.
  • First point resolution for appropriate demands.
  • Identification and removal of waste, complexity, and failure demand.
You will be part of a team of around 15-20 people and will support customers with Staff Money Purchase Pension Plans via the telephone, email, and letter. You will be a dedicated member team player and will effectively handle your own workload.

A bit about the job:
  • Establishing relationships with customers and other areas within Aviva by meeting and exceeding customer requirements whether this is via online, email, telephone, or post.
  • Working as part of a team with excellent communication to meet targets and
  • Being responsible for your own development although knowledge and skills training will be provided.
  • Own demands from start to finish where appropriate, providing confidence for the customer.
  • Protect our customers and Aviva by ensuring your activity prevents fraud and meets legislative requirements by accurately recording required data.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload whilst remaining flexible.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • IT literate.

  • Salary between £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
