Job Description

The Customer Account Manager position based in Aldershot will have the following responsibilities:
  • Overseeing customer account activity
  • Ensuring that orders are inputted correctly
  • Preparing quotes
  • Liaising with internal production teams
  • Organising delivery of orders
  • Checking stock levels
  • Advising customers about products, pricing and promotions
  • Opening new customer accounts
  • Handling queries and complaints
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Customer Account Manager will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Have strong understanding of the sales order process
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work towards targets and deadlines
