Agenda Partnership have partnered with a telecoms provider who are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As an organisation they support their business clients with a range of telecoms, mobile, broadband, systems amongst other services, covering the Southwest of UK and South Wales. Driven by customer service and support and maintaining a reputation delivering simplicity and latest technology into business with the region.

As the Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for the after sale through to delivery, acting as the account manager during the implementation phase and being a direct contact for the customer with any updates, issues or implementation hiccups.

Please note - there is no sales involved in this role but if you have a sales or account management background, the experience is definitely being considered - alternatively a Customer Service/Support background, strong sales administration background or similar.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Continuous communication with the customer during the install phase
  • Updating the system with any requests, issues, or complications
  • Scheduling install appointments, making sure the correct equipment has been procured and arrived prior to installation
  • Supporting the customers with any technical queries
  • Handling any cancellations or delays with installs directly with the customer

Experience or background

  • Account Management, Sales, Scheduling or Sales Administration
  • Confident with dealing with Business to Business Customers
  • Keen eye for detail
  • IT Literate (mainly with systems/CRM’s)
