  • 18.5 hours, 52 weeks
The post holders will be members of the cross-college curriculum administration support team and could be expected to work in varying curriculum areas required. Sometimes the post holder might be expected to provide a reception service in smaller centres. The curriculum areas that these posts are connected with are varied and include apprenticeship programmes.

As well as working in the college administration team, staff work closely with teaching teams and their curriculum managers and Head of Faculty. A job for those who like to do many varying tasks throughout the academic year, we support our teachers in administration tasks, and provide lots of information to students and their parents. We are always busy, and each day brings a variety of jobs to be done, which change throughout the academic year.

The qualifications deemed essential for the post are a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C or grade 4 and above). The ability to speak with at ease to members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential for the post.
