  • Enforcing standards of preparation, delivery, and assessment to enhance the learning experience for all students.
  • Setting clear objectives and driving performance improvements through regular monitoring and feedback sessions.
  • Creating a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of both students and local employers, fostering opportunities for progression.
  • Championing innovation and best practices in teaching and learning methodologies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance the student journey.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with a teaching/assessment qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in curriculum management, with a track record of excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners.
