We’re looking for a Cultural and Engagement Lead to join one of our existing Technology Hubs in Brimingham. The Manager role is critical in ensuring ASOS continues to be an amazing place to work for existing and future ASOSers.

You will report into the Northern Ireland Site Lead who is responsible for establishing the Northern Ireland Tech hub as well as ensuring all other ASOS tech hubs are setup for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • You will be a role model to maintaining and building the ASOS culture in the Birmingham Tech Hub.
  • You will be an active member of the local Tech scene, allowing you to promote the ASOS brand and attracting top talent into ASOS.
  • You will maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure that the Tech Hub is a fully integrated part of ASOS.
  • You will identify strategic opportunities for the Tech Hub and engage with relevant stakeholders around these.
  • You will own the strategic direction of the Tech Hub at both a site and team level.
  • You will ensure that the office has the ASOS look and feel, ensuring the office is fit for purpose and has all infrastructure required.
  • You will support and guide alongside local leaders to ensure a world class experience for our teams.
  • You will be the main point of contact for everything relating to the Tech Hub.
  • You will ensure teams are aware of and connected to all that’s happening within ASOS.
  • You will facilitate the running of engagement events at a company and local level.
