CRM Marketing Specialist

The Company
This company is one of the world’s top news organisations, recognised internationally for its authority, integrity and accuracy.
The company are looking for a CRM marketing specialist to bridge the gap between the company and the consumers.

The role
• Build automated programmes for lead generation, onboarding, lead nurture, sales conversion and engagement
• Owns the go-to-market process for campaigns and automated journeys, including email development (design, copy, data QA) and programme build
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to know the target audience and product offering, and to ensure that the value proposition is effectively communicated across all email comms
• Oversee all aspects of deployment - building emails, creating audience segments, developing automated journeys and optimisation
• Deliver regular comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and business impact to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to optimise performance

Requirements
• 2 yrs + experience in marketing automation, driving customer acquisition and engagement
• Experience of working in marketing automation platforms to deliver campaign flows/ journeys
• Data-motivated mindset - experience working with data to devise, evaluate and optimise customer journeys based on data
• Growth mindset - motivated to continuously seek opportunities to grow business performance
