We are searching for our next CRM super star to help deliver commercially effective customer journeys digitally, via on-point segmentation, and personalised communications.

You’ll be based in the Fitness First support office in Wigan, reporting to the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, and working in collaboration with the Marketing Team. The role will support the end-to-end delivery of emails, SMS, and push notifications by creating best-in-class, innovative campaigns.

What you’ll be doing…

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be:

  • Ownership and execution of the customer comms plan, ensuring it always meets customer and commercial needs.
  • Assisting with the delivery of the promotional plan across our digital channels.
  • Setting up email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns.
  • Defining the A/B testing plan to keep learning and refining our campaigns.
  • Working with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
  • Analysing the performance of campaigns to produce performance optimisation reports and recommendations.
  • Working with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to deliver the promotional plan across our digital channels (website, digital acquisition channels).

What are we looking for...?

  • You’ll have previous experience in a Digital CRM / Email Marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of building email, SMS, and push campaigns within an ESP platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) along with an understanding of Google Analytics.
  • You’ll be self-motivated and enjoy showing initiative, especially with new email campaign ideas, having your finger on the pulse of CRM and consumer trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical and technical mind-set.
  • Excellent collaboration / team player, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive with a healthy ‘can do’ attitude.
