Role

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced credit hire paralegal/ litigation executive to join a well-established firm in their Liverpool office.The role:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated small/ fast-track credit hire cases
  • Assisting the team on high-value complex credit hire cases
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Undertaking legal research and keeping up to date with changes in the law
  • Accurately managing diary requirements
  • Meeting KPIs

Role Requirements

  • Law degree (LPC preferred)
  • Experience of managing a caseload of litigated credit hire matters
  • Credit hire experience (2yr +)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CPR
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Experience of using a case management system
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
