Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for ensuring that cash relating to outstanding accounts is collected. You will work as part of the finance team in our office in Wigan.

What you will be doing

· Ensure outstanding accounts are collected by phone and email (mainly phone)

· Reconcile client accounts

· Post customer receipts daily

· Open credit accounts with our finance provider

· Dealing with customer invoice and credit note queries

· Liaising with the Sales Team

What you will need to have:

· Previous Credit Control experience

· Experience working in a fast-paced open plan office environment

· Experience with collecting debt over the phone

· Self-motivated, with a sense of accountability and urgency

· Strong communication skills

· Experience of Sage and Orderwise preferable
