Responsibilities:
Our team of experts are looking for a Credit Controller to join them. We need you to make a difference in the way we provide and continue to support the wider business.

Working alongside our dynamic and fast paced broking team, you’ll assist with queries and the collection of out-standing monies owed.

Working in a sensitive manner, with diplomacy and the highest integrity whilst using your clear focus, accuracy and detailed approach.

Your Role:

  • Prepare and reconcile accounts accurately and on time. Work with other credit controllers to monitor workloads and assist with their queries.
  • Ensure all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately, and handle receipt of funds and any outward payments.
  • As an ambitious go getter, you’re critical in gathering any uncollected brokerage and or outstanding debt. Your tact and empathy is what really makes a difference for our customers; you see the job through to completion.
  • You’ll strive to settle any balances within their due dates and render any required statements.
  • Produce and complete a suite of monthly credit control reports.
Qualifications:

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • To us, experience within the market is critical. We would love you to have around 2 years’ previous experience of working in an insurance or broking environment.
  • Happy to prioritise and organise your own workload, achieving daily deadlines.
  • Build and grow relationships, using your effective interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and confident when analysing and interpreting data.
  • Create written communications, including letters and reports, remembering to tailor content to your audience at all times.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
