Simpson Judge are working on behalf of a Global, fast paced organisation based in Salford Quays who are recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller to join the team. The purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the debt does not exceed 90 days.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ledgers of multiple companies within the Group
  • Monitor accounts via online banking, including receipts in multiple currency
  • Posting cash and allocating receipts
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all clients and internal employees
  • Filing all remittances for audit purposes
  • Chasing of all overdue balances or short payments to ensure timely recovery
  • Producing credit notes and re-invoices when necessary
  • Providing copy invoices and Statement of Accounts for clients when necessary
  • Focusing on the prevention of debts aging in excess of 90-120 days
  • Liaising with payroll department to resolve invoice queries
Requirements:
  • Experience of Business to Business telephone calls
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Experience of working on ledgers across the world, particularly middle east (desirable)
  • Previous experience in Credit Control
