What part can you play in making a difference?

You will be responsible for answering high volume calls and tailoring the call to identify vulnerabilities and negotiate payments from domestic and commercial customers. You will be for setting up payment arrangements including Direct Debits and taking card payments. As well as this you will carry out account reconciliations including the financial transactions and chasing of customers if the payments fail.

What do we need from you?

You will require experience within credit control as you will receive both inbound and outbound calls. You will need a robust attitude with a desire to support both domestic and commercial customers. The ability analyse multiple situations and aim to provide a solution is key to this role as we aim to provide an exceptional service to our customers.
