We are looking for experienced creative teaching assistants from backgrounds that include acting, drama or musical backgrounds to work in one of our outstanding special needs schools in London Borough of Sutton. This renowned school caters for post 16 students with a diverse range of special needs that include physical disabilities, autism, severe learning disabilities and speech and language difficulties. As a teaching assistant you will be required to develop students hand eye coordination, speech & language skills, social/communication skills, independence and cognitive processes. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to work within a variety of different subjects such as music, agriculture, art & cooking.
