We are currently recruiting teaching assistants with creative backgrounds such as acting, drama, musical backgrounds to work in an outstanding special needs school located in Wandsworth. As a teaching assistant you will be working with students within a class, on a one to one basis, taking part in activities such as story time, art, music and movement therapy. This particular school are looking for teaching assistant who are out going, proactive and can apply their creative skills within a specialist setting working with special needs such as mild autism, speech and language difficulties and learning difficulties.

The role:
Full time - Monday to Friday (8:30 - 15:30)
Supporting students in interactive and creative activities such as music, art and play
Developing students sensory development
Working one to one with students and supporting the class
Promoting a positive and enjoyable learning experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
