We’re looking for a full-time Creative Project Manager/Creative Manager, starting as soon as possible, based at Harbour House, 60 Purewell, Christchurch, Dorset.

We are looking for someone who can really get to grips with how to engage an audience and articulate messages and stories through the Harbour brand voice. You will be a brand ambassador, responsible for ensuring all design/creative outputs express the brand elements and include our brand identifiers.

Transforming a brief using some creative flair into ideas and concepts should come naturally to you. You will need experience working closely with partner agencies and creative freelancers to create web, print and digital marketing assets for a wide range of brand and marketing campaigns.

You’ll have some top tools at your disposal, including an Apple Mac equipped with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud software.

We are a small, friendly team of six people, including specialists in branding, design, digital marketing, social media and PR. The department is busy, the role is diverse and the work is always varied. This is a new role for the department and will give you the opportunity to make it your own.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, reviewing and filtering all creative briefs, ensuring they are clear and thorough
  • Ensuring all creative briefs meet the objectives, timelines and budgets
  • Project managing the creation of marketing campaign assets, both print and digital, from planning to delivery phase
  • Planning and monitoring resources to workflow, booking in freelancers and agency support, including videographers and photographers. Includes creating shoot plans, mood boards and storyboards
  • Maximising efficiency by streamlining process and utilising the latest technology and techniques
  • Managing internal creative asset management system, ensuring all content is up to date and accessible for marketing team and hotels
  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with all external print partners and suppliers, ensuring print media and branded stationary are accessible to marketing team and hotels
  • Sourcing, managing and negotiating with suppliers and fulfilment partners
  • Assist with updating creative assets inhouse where we have branded templates
  • Keep the brand style guides up to date and work with head of marketing and other key stakeholders on brand development projects

The ideal candidate needs to be super creative, proactive, able to think for themselves, and willing to get stuck in to whatever needs doing. Great attention to detail, spelling and grammar. Highly organised. A great communicator. Previous experience in a creative marketing role is essential. Hospitality experience is an advantage but not necessary.
