Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Creative Photographer and skilled Retoucher to join our studio team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talent; in this role, you will be responsible for creating outstanding photographic projects and a high level of retouching to help aid the delivery of campaign material. You will have the chance to take ownership of full campaigns and contribute to the creative advancement of the business through technical & creative skills.

What we need you to do as a Creative Photographer:
  • Provide hands-on assistance with all aspects of creative briefs.
  • Consistently reflect brand guidelines in your designs.
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Show an interest in keeping abreast of new ideas, trends, and technologies within the field of media.
  • Prioritise issues and activities according to importance and urgency.
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill and understanding for Retouching.

Your Skills As a Creative Photographer
  • You will have a media qualification that includes 1-year commercial studio experience. Or 3 years of commercial studio experience if you do not hold a media qualification.
  • Familiar with producing photography to match a provided brief.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and ability to Retouch imagery.
  • Be able to create in style, high-level original content within deadlines.
  • Be able to demonstrate an original and artistic creative flair.
  • Be adaptable, take critique constructively & use it as a method to improve creative solutions.
  • Able to work to a high level of creativity, accuracy, technical ability.
  • Must possess a proactive approach to work, and work independently when required.
