Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Creative Director who is a blend of ideation, execution, creative strategy, agency leadership and hands-on production. It’s a senior creative leadership role – with a focus on best-in-class creative work, leading the line to deliver projects. The Role would suit a Senior Creative looking to develop into a Creative Director that wants to use their creative and strategic skills to push our team and our clients to bring more outstanding campaigns and content into the world.

We are looking for someone :

  • With An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow the agency.
  • Who will own the creative and strategic direction of projects, in collaboration with other senior stakeholders
  • Run pitches and projects and oversee project teams to help them deliver their best work
  • Drive creativity and innovation in creative outputs and across the team.
  • Be an integrated thinker, with an understanding of how to build the right content on the perfect platforms in your campaign strategies.
  • Who can Create and implement content and activation strategies for integrated projects
  • As a strong communicator you’ll also be involved in the pitch process, bringing concepts to life to excite new and existing clients.
  • We’re looking for a CD with experience in content storytelling, alongside broader creative comms and a portfolio showcasing this.
  • You’ll need to be able to work closely with clients to understand their vision, workshop ideas, storyboard concepts and run the creative process from concept to delivery.
  • Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution to clients.

The day to day :

  • You will support the day-to-day running of the agency, including shaping and driving strategic plans, working together as a team to address performance issues, drive improvement and ensure the success and growth of the agency.
  • You will develop a strong team spirit with a balance of trust, delegation and teaching to enrich and develop the skills and productivity of the team.
  • You will evaluate concepts and approve or amend as necessary, having the final signoff and control over creative output, ensuring adherence of tone of voice and visuals to overall brand.
  • You will present concepts to clients and represent the agency’s overall approach and creative thinking.
  • You will help interpret and negotiate client feedback to amend ideas either directly or via Client Services.
  • You will proactively allocate resources in collaboration with other SLT members
  • You will keep up to date with developments in our industry as well as creativity.
  • You will participate in monthly management meetings to drive action behind our quarterly plans for agency growth and development.
  • You will represent JMP as a professional and highly creative business, both internally and externally.
  • You will support new business efforts proactively through strategic and conceptual support.
  • Win pitches, awards, hearts and minds. Great at building relationships, with colleagues, partners and clients.
  • You will nurture talent.

What we want in you :

  • Experience in a similar role or as a Senior Creative looking for a step up.
  • A portfolio showcasing a wide variety of work, from film and animation projects to multi-channel creative campaigns across digital social and print.
  • Conceptual and creative and comfortable taking briefs through to delivery.
  • Experience of client pitching and presenting.
  • Evidenced strategic approach and the ability to build out campaigns for a variety of channels.
  • Experience in building campaigns from a strategic insight
  • A desire to Hold a key role on our leadership team, where you take the lead on creative thinking in the agency and contribute to the success and growth of the agency.

  • What you’ll need :
  • A portfolio full of social-led /digital campaigns and award-winning work
  • 8 years experience in a creative / campaign agency
  • Experience in a social creative/marketing/advertising environment
  • Experience overseeing teams
