Role Overview:

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Creative Artworker to join our Design Team. The role involves creating, adapting, and refining print-ready product and packaging artwork files with a keen eye for detail, colour accuracy, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating accurate and detail-oriented artwork based on packaging guidelines and brand requirements.

· Managing the artwork confirmation process, ensuring timely returns and accurate documentation.

· Adapting brand assets according to style guides, including partnerships with certified entities like FSC and OPRL.

· Maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency in all artwork projects.

· Managing approvals with licensors via online platforms and third parties, such as FSC.

· Preparing artwork files for production, adhering to in-house processes.

· Translating brand style guides into commercial artwork to drive innovation and asset maximization.

· Collaborating on photography briefs and occasionally assisting in post-production editing.

· Creating product visuals, diagrams, and physical packaging mocks for testing and customer presentation.

· Effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring quality under pressure.

Key Attributes:

· Keen attention to detail and a passion for accurate and consistent design.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Adaptability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design software.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

· Experience in managing print-ready artwork and understanding of production processes.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

· Strong portfolio showcasing design and artwork capabilities.

Education:

- Relevant education or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
