R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education. We are seeking someone who has knowledge and experience of delivering a creative art provision, ideally in a SEN/D provision.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, has strong artistic and creative skills and has some experience of working with young people who can sometimes display challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will work with small groups of learners in our Creative Arts Provision based in the historic Old Library in Mansfield. They will be part of a delivery team which is supported by the Music/Vocational Provision Manager to provide engaging and innovative creative and art related sessions. This role is perfect for someone who is a specialist in Creative Arts and looks to progress into training or teaching.

In addition to your holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, we will offer you 5 days paid dependency leave a year, access to the company’s Westfield Health, support your continuous professional development and provide a bereavement insurance policy.
