If your answer is ’yes’ to the above then this could be the opportunity for you. Our client is an established aesthetic clinic on Harley Street who is well on their way to recovering from a year of pandemic turmoil; a year that saw the directors of the company to take out a loan in order to ensure that staff were looked after, had job security and were paid!

They now need somebody to take on complete CQC responsibility for the clinic and manage the existing team in order to maximise revenue for the clinic. The current business portfolio offers high-end aesthetic treatments with an instantly recognisable doctor; in the future, they’re looking to expand the services they offer into wellness and IV drip treatments.

The clinic need somebody who is happy to manage an existing team and lead, by example, from the front. You will need to have experience working as a CQC Registered Manager, preferably with an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic, and must also be prepared to work the hours needed to ensure that KPI’s and targets are met. The clinic is currently open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 8 PM

In return of your efforts, they are prepared to offer salary up to £50,000 that will be reviewed in 12 months to include some form commission.
