COVID Testing Operatives

Resourcing Group are now recruiting for COVID testing Operatives in Harborough, LE16 9HF.

Testing operatives will be involved in providing administrative and instructional support around the site.

Duties Will Include
  • Communicating with individuals that visit the site and ensuring they are aware of the processes
  • Ensuring social distancing procedures are adhered to
  • Package up the swabs ready to send to laboratories for processing
  • Inventory and stock taking
  • Disposing of bio-hazard containers appropriately.
Training will be provided via a two-day course covering all relevant areas including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements, Site Safety, Hygiene

Successful Candidates must be able to fulfil the below requirements
  • Experience working with members of the public
  • Physically fit (Standing for long periods may be required)
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Be happy to undergo a DBS check
  • Happy to work on a shift basis (4 days on 4 days off, 8:30-19:30)
Pay Rate:PAYE £10.00/10.85 per hour + holiday pay or £12.81/13.90 per hour via an Umbrella company

Due to the nature of this position candidates must not be classed in any of the COVID high risk groups
  • Have a long-term medical condition
  • Are pregnant
  • Have a weakened immune system through medical conditions or therapy
