Coba Education have many exciting opportunities for hard working individuals who are looking to start a teaching career in a Cover Supervisor role as we have a fantastic school in Rushden looking to recruit on a temp-perm basis. It is desirable that you have experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in the education sector and have experience using software’s such as SIMS and EduLink. The chosen candidates need to have the drive and determination to produce a good work ethic among students and motivation to focus and achieve. It is vital you hold at least a grade C at GCSE English and Maths and are able to follow instruction, particularly as an integral part of your role will be to follow teachers lesson plans. It’s important you fully understand and appreciate the work that it requires to teach a secondary school class, up to GCSE and perhaps even A-level and that your teaching and behaviour management skills compliment those of the classroom teacher.
