Do you have the confidence and ability to support a class of students with behavioural issues?

Can you support a class of students with a pre-planned lesson plan?

Do you have at least 3 months prior experience working in any setting with children?

  • Delivers education to provide outstanding eagerness to promote good learning
The role
  • Full time cover supervisor
  • Covering lessons for a class teacher who is absent or working alongside another member of staff
  • Support students in pre-prepared work in a variety of subjects
  • Working with a small group of students with behavioural difficulties
  • Long term ongoing position
You
  • Have worked as a cover supervisor before, be a qualified teaching assistant or have any transferable skills to an educational setting.
  • Confident in great behaviour management
  • Positive classroom management
  • Be adaptable to students needs
  • Feel confident to support a class without needing to teach
