Service Care Legal are working alongside an established ’Super Lawyers Rising Stars’ firm based in the Greater Manchester area who are in need of an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team.

Role: Court of Protection Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Location: Greater Manchester
Start Date: ASAP

The Role
  • Work independently and as part of a team when managing your own Court of Protection caseloads form start to completion
  • Dealing with Contentious types of Public Law and Judicial Review
  • Deal with Mental Capacity, Deputyship, Child Care Proceedings and Family Law legal cases
The Person
  • Someone who has experience with Court of Protection Law. In particular Deputyship, Mental Health and Contentious types of Public Law
  • Someone who has a minimum of 3+ years PQE in Court of Protection
  • Someone who has experience with Family Law and Child proceedings
