We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to further develop their legal career in our Court of Protection team as a Legal Assistant.

The Court of Protection is a specialist court which is responsible for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own property and affairs or to make decisions about their welfare.

Responsibilities to include:


  • Managing incoming post

  • Arranging payments via online banking

  • Contact with financial institutions

  • Raising bills

  • Managing central e-mail inboxes

  • Saving and distributing correspondence

  • Assisting the COP Team where necessary
