Baltic Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for several Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to work with a leading manufacturing company.

Our client is a well-established company who are looking for well experienced FLT drivers to join a thriving logistics team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for a long-term opportunity with a genuine view to go permanent with the company. Immediate starts are available for this role!

Our client will accept people who have held an in-house FLT license elsewhere & will also accept people with recently expired accredited licenses.

Duties:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Carrying out general FLT duties such as loading and unloading
  • Moving stillages
  • Line feeding production cells with material.
  • Following health and Safety procedures at all times.

Shifts:

  • Day shift 6:30am – 2:40pm (2:30pm finish on a Friday)
  • Back Shift 4:30pm – 12:40am (3:45pm – 11:45pm Friday)

Candidates will be required to work both shifts. Shifts are worked from Monday to Friday and will rotate on a weekly basis. A high amount of overtime is available throughout the week and on a weekend.

Pay rates:

  • £9.98 per hour across both shifts.
  • Overtime rates between £13.36 – £17.82 per hour.

All Candidates will be required to pass an on-site FLT assessment with the client.
