Are you an experienced and safety-conscious Counterbalance Forklift Driver? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for efficient warehouse operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to be a crucial part of a dynamic team at a brand-new warehouse.

Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Lichfield

Type: Full-Time Mon-Fri

Shifts: Day (could include some weekends) with an uplift in rate

Standard rate £11.50

Saturday £13.00

Sunday £14.50

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stacking, storage, and retrieval of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth work flow and timely order fulfilment.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a secure working environment.
Qualifications
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Operator certification.
  • Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or distribution centre.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
